Booking conditions
Phuket Experience is a travel agency holding Tour business licence No. 32/01870 (Department of Tourism) – Bike It Phuket Co.,Ltd. These conditions explain how booking an excursion with us works.
1. Booking
You send your booking request on the website (excursion, date, number of people, pick-up area). It is confirmed once our team has checked availability and confirmed it to you on WhatsApp. Online bookings open from the next day; after 22:00 (Thailand time), the first available date moves one day later.
2. Payment
Nothing is paid online. After confirmation, you pay at our shop in Patong or Bang Tao, or by bank transfer / QR payment.
3. Prices
Prices are shown in Thai baht (THB) per adult. Children get a reduced price, shown on each excursion. Babies under 4 years old are free for most excursions.
4. Hotel pick-up
For most excursions, the return transfer from your hotel is included. For some areas far from the pier a transfer extra applies — it is shown when you choose your pick-up area. We send you your voucher with the exact pick-up time the day before the excursion, on WhatsApp.
5. Changes and cancellation
Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible: we will do our best to change the date. Cancellation conditions depend on the excursion and the operator.
6. Weather
Boat trips can be cancelled by the operator for safety reasons. In that case we contact you to offer another date or another excursion.
