Do I have to pay online?
No. You book online in 2 minutes, our team confirms availability on WhatsApp, then you pay at our shop in Patong or Bang Tao, or by bank transfer / QR payment.
Is the hotel pick-up included?
For most excursions, yes: the return transfer from your hotel is included. For some areas far from the pier a transfer extra applies — it is shown when you choose your pick-up area.
When will I know my pick-up time?
We send you your voucher with the exact pick-up time the day before the excursion, on WhatsApp.
How much do children pay?
Children get a reduced price (shown on each excursion). Babies under 4 years old are free for most excursions.
Can I change or cancel my booking?
Contact us on WhatsApp as early as possible: we will do our best to change the date. Cancellation conditions depend on the excursion and the operator.
What happens if the weather is bad?
Boat trips can be cancelled by the operator for safety reasons. In that case we contact you to offer another date or another excursion.
